RETURN POLICY

The customer benefits from a "satisfied or refunded *" guarantee on the product ordered in the shop, during the 14 days following receipt of the goods (the postmark being taken as proof)

The risks associated with the return of the item (loss or deterioration) remain the responsibility of the Customer, as well as the shipping costs (return).

It will only be refunded / exchanged for products that can be offered for sale again, unused or opened, and which will be returned in blister packs.

If the Product (s) is not returned by the Customer within fourteen (14) days of receipt of his order, or if the Product (s) is (are) not not returned in the condition described above, the return is considered canceled and the Customer must keep the product. The returned Product (s) will be refunded within a maximum of thirty (30) days from receipt, by crediting the amount to be refunded to the Customer's bank account.

The Customer is required to notify any reservations on the delivered product (for example: damaged package, already open, missing parts) within 2 days of receipt of the product. No other compensation can be claimed for the non-receipt of an order.

All our refunds are made, except in special cases, in the form of a credit note * usable within 3 months from the date of creation. The risks associated with the return of the item (loss or deterioration) remain the responsibility of the Customer, as well as the shipping costs (return).

* Supplier failure and inability to honor the order within 30 days of purchase on our Site or manufacturing defects.
** Credit note refundable within 7 days from the date of receipt of your package.

Within the same 14-day period, you have the option of requesting an exchange of size or color on an identical item (depending on your choice and product availability): the return and reshipping shipping costs will remain your responsibility. You can also select another reference: the price difference between the two items, the return shipping and re-shipment costs for the new order will remain your responsibility.

It will only be refunded / exchanged for products which can be offered for sale again, which have not been used or worn, and which have been returned in their original packaging intact (unopened). In addition, well-being and fun products, aphrodisiacs, lubricants, pharmacy and small pieces of lingerie such as micro thongs, tanga and jock-traps are excluded from the right of return or exchange.
